High quality industrial products
We commit to deliver to our customers industrial multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and MWCNT-based formulated products with the highest and constant quality, competitive performance/cost ratio and superior properties.
Nanocyl® industrial high quality multiwall carbon nanotubes – NC7000™ – are produced at large scale (460 metric tons of annual capacity) by a unique proprietary continuous process based on the catalytic chemical vapor deposition method (WO 2004069742). High quality catalysts compositions are also patented (WO 03004410, WO 2006079186, WO 2007033438). In addition, we have more than 10 years of industrial know-how dedicated to high quality products.
In addition to industrial production reactors, Nanocyl R&D facility houses different batch ovens and a continuous pilot unit in order to improve continuously yield and quality of MWCNT NC7000™. These latter also allow to synthetize further novel high quality multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs).
Quality Measurement System/Quality control (QC)
We incessantly strive to increase customer’s level of satisfaction. Quality control team uses proven methodologies and leading-edge equipment to achieve that objective.
We implemented a quality control system that tracks each production step from the raw materials to the finished products to ensure the delivery of high quality MWCNT NC7000™.

Nanocyl is certified IS0 9001:2015. We apply Six Sigma methodology to continuously improve operations and develop innovative solutions.

Dispersion process is a key process step to transfer the outstanding properties of carbon nanotubes to the different materials (thermoplastics, elastomers, thermosets, waterborne dispersions, etc.) and reach the expected performances.
Technical support is available to help and advise you on the best process parameters to implement when using our products. We can provide hands-on support for a smooth integration of our products into your product line (e.g. in situ support of your extrusion lines, guidelines for optimized parameters in converting processes such as injection molding, etc.).
Health, Safety and Environment responsibility
As a responsible company to safe and sustainable use of our products, we are committed to assess MWCNTs and MWCNT formulated products possible long term effects on health and safety of our workers as well as their potential impact on the environment.

We are innovative and we actively collaborate with other industrial partners, research centers and universities to develop novel materials based on our carbon nanotubes.
We have a strong experience in industrial joint development projects and have participated as coordinator or partners in many international projects such as Horizon 2020, FP7, FP6, ERA-nets, Eurostars frameworks.
Our expertise as private Research entity has been recognized by the French Research and National Education Ministry. Indeed, we have the agreement for Research tax credit (« Agrément Crédit d’Impôt Recherche »).

We serve our customers with constant quality and high performance products. Annual production capacity of Plasticyl™ CNT-thermoplastics masterbatches is 3500 metric tons.
Nanocyl’s global presence ensures the shortest lead time. It makes us a reliable supplier delivering its products in various packaging complying with International Transport Standards and UN shipping standards.
